Arsonist nouveau clones with exorbitant livelihoods.
Cultural vultures gentrifying urban carrion,
Sifting through the ashes of our vanishing neighborhoods.
Progressive ghetto – locks its doors and bars its gates.
Privatized metropolis – a prefabricated caste-state.
